01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") govern your access to and use of the ze555 online gaming platform, including its website, mobile-optimised interface, all games, sports betting markets, promotions, customer support services, and any other features made available under the ze555 brand (collectively, "the Platform" or "ze555").

ze555 is operated as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving Pakistani adults. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", "Member", or "you") and ze555 (the "Operator", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any portion of the ze555 Platform, you acknowledge and confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms in their entirety.
• You agree to be bound by these Terms without reservation.
• You meet all eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with ze555's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

02 Eligibility & Registration Requirements

Access to the ze555 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an active ze555 account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ze555 operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. This age restriction is applied at registration and may be re-verified at any subsequent point, including at the time of a withdrawal request.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your specific jurisdiction prior to registering.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion or cooling-off period, whether imposed by ze555 or by any third-party responsible gaming scheme.
• Personal Use: You must be registering and using the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or syndicate.

During the registration process, you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan (city, province, and postal code), a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these Terms.

03 Account Management

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active ze555 account. The opening of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, different devices, or different payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. ze555 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, ze555 reserves the right to:

• Merge all accounts into a single account and apply any outstanding restrictions to the merged account.
• Suspend or permanently close all associated accounts.
• Void all bets placed from duplicate accounts.
• Withhold any balances pending investigation and, where fraud is established, forfeit such balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ze555 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your ze555 account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. ze555 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Pakistani mobile number.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify ze555 support immediately at [email protected]. ze555 will investigate and, where appropriate, place a temporary freeze on your account to prevent further unauthorised activity.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on ze555 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ze555 does not impose currency conversion fees. The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard.

The minimum deposit amount on ze555 is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Maximum transaction limits may apply depending on your account verification status, payment method, and account activity history. ze555 may adjust these limits at its discretion and will notify affected players via email or in-platform notification.

• Deposit processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your ze555 wallet in real time. Bank transfers may take up to two business hours depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one to two business days.
• Verification requirement: ze555 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) measure and applies to all players without exception.
• Source of funds: All funds deposited to ze555 must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will trigger an account investigation.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

ze555 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's individual terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your ze555 bonus wallet and are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Each bonus is subject to a minimum wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). This means the bonus amount — or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount — must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings generated from the bonus may be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Live casino games may contribute at a lower rate than slots toward meeting wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates are published on each promotion's individual terms page.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the specified validity period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of bonus credit. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active in your ze555 account at any given time unless a promotion's terms explicitly permit stacking.
• ze555 reserves the right to modify the terms of any active promotion, withdraw a promotion before its stated end date, or cancel individual player bonuses where abuse is suspected. Players will be notified where practically feasible.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly, using low-risk or mathematically calculated betting patterns to fulfil wagering requirements, or conspiring with other players to exploit promotional offers — is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related balances.

06 Betting Rules & Wager Validity

All bets placed on ze555 — whether on sports markets (including cricket, PSL fixtures, boxing, and other events) or on casino products (including live dealer tables, slots, and fishing games) — are subject to the following general betting rules:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only valid and binding once ze555 has confirmed its acceptance and the wager has been deducted from your PKR balance. Pending or unconfirmed bets may be cancelled at ze555's discretion, particularly in cases of system errors or odds feeds that contain manifest errors.
• Manifest errors: ze555 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a manifest error in odds, lines, or game data. A manifest error is one that a reasonable player would have identified as incorrect at the time of placement. Winnings generated from manifest error bets will not be paid.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. ze555 may impose individual stake restrictions on specific player accounts where necessary.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) bets on cricket and other sporting events are subject to real-time odds changes. Once an in-play bet is confirmed, it is binding regardless of subsequent changes to the match situation.
• Abandoned events: In the event that a sporting fixture is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to ze555's specific sport-by-sport rules, which are published separately. Generally, bets on events abandoned before their scheduled completion are voided and stakes returned.

07 Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ze555 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or gain any unfair advantage.
• Arbitrage betting strategies or any systematic approach designed to exploit pricing differences to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Collusion with other players, dealers, or ze555 staff for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes or obtaining an unfair advantage.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes filed in bad faith after legitimate gaming activity.
• Providing false or misleading information at any point during registration, verification, or support interactions.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited and misrepresenting your location to bypass geo-restrictions.
• Any activity that constitutes money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any other financial crime under applicable Pakistani or international law.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed toward ze555 staff or other players via any communication channel.

08 Responsible Gaming

ze555 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire Pakistani player base. We firmly believe that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial or psychological harm. In support of this commitment, ze555 provides every registered player with access to the following responsible gaming tools directly within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum amount you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Limits take effect immediately and can be decreased at any time. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you when you have been logged in and actively gaming for a period you define yourself.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the ze555 Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and no reversal is available within the chosen exclusion period. During self-exclusion, ze555 will not send marketing communications to the excluded player.

ze555 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Players who are found to be under the legal age of 21 will have their accounts suspended immediately, all bets voided, and the matter escalated in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

ze555 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept ze555's Privacy Policy in full.

Data may be shared with payment processing partners, identity verification service providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities where required by law. 10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ze555 Platform — including but not limited to the ze555 name and logo, website design and layout, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, video, data compilations, and any other material — is the proprietary intellectual property of ze555 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ze555 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any ze555 intellectual property without prior written authorisation from ze555.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ze555 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ze555 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming activity on the Platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform access due to technical issues, maintenance, or factors outside ze555's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Errors in odds or game data that have been promptly corrected by ze555 in accordance with its manifest error policy.
• Any reliance placed on information, content, or materials published on the Platform.

The ze555 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ze555 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. ze555's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player to their ze555 account in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

12 Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the ze555 account at any time. Players wishing to close their account voluntarily should contact ze555 support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

ze555 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC or AML verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or other legal obligation requiring suspension or closure.
• Inactivity of the account for a continuous period exceeding 12 months (dormancy policy; prior notice will be given by email).

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the ze555 Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Players wishing to raise a dispute should contact ze555 support in the first instance, clearly setting out the nature of the dispute and their preferred resolution.

ze555 aims to respond to all formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days of receipt and to reach a substantive resolution within thirty (30) business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties may seek resolution through appropriate legal channels. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ze555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to the Terms, ze555 will provide reasonable prior notice to registered players via email to their registered address and/or via an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ze555 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12. ze555 will always maintain an accessible, up-to-date version of these Terms on this page.
